Shipping - International

We ship using DHL and will send the the tracking number.  We aim to ship on the same or next working day depending on the time of your purchase.  So you can expect your items to arrive in between 3 to 5 working days.

Customs and Duty

We ship our items duty paid and as such there should not be any taxes or duty due on arrival in your country.  That said we cannot guarantee that the local rules and laws will not change so it is possible that you may be required to pay local taxes and duty on the items.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day return and refund policy, see the link below or here for details.  In short should you want to return an item please get in contact in advance so we can begin the process, we cannot accept items that are not enterd into our system system.  Also due to hygiene reasons earrings and other items that pierce the body cannot be returned.

Pictures and Descriptions

As all our designs are hand made from natural materials the item you receive may not look exactly like the image on this website.  The stones and pearls exact banding, shading and coloration will vary from batch to batch, we will endeavor to keep this as consistent as possible but sometimes it is just not possible.

Made to Order Items

We are happy to discuss making changes to our designs including resizing or engraving messages but please be aware that items so ordered then cannot be returned.
